In order for us to properly migrate your data and make your switch to us smoothly, please make sure you have the following information.
Your domain registrar login information: required for updating nameserver
Your cPanel* login information: require for us to obtained the data
*Please make sure your cPanel have the backup function enabled. If it is disabled, please ask your current host to provide you with a backup file of your current account and place it at the root of your account's folder
**If your current host is not using cPanel, please contact us before placing an order.
Simply place an order for the hosting plan you wish to sign up with.
During the sign up process, you will be asked if you want to register a new domain, transfer from another registrar or use existing domain. To use our hosting service, it is not required for you to transfer your domain to us. Therefore, you could simply use the 3rd option (I will use my existing domain and update my nameservers) to continue with sign up process. If you wish to transfer your domain to us at a later date, you may do so as well.
On the next page, you will be asked for any addons you may want to add to your new hosting account. Select any or none. Under the Order Notes field, fill in the cPanel login information from Step 1. Click on Continue once you have filled in the cPanel login information and is ready to proceed
The next page is your billing information. Simply fill it out. At the bottom of the page, you would see a text box labelled Notes / Additional Information. Fill in any additional information you want us to have, such as any additional contact information that will help with the migration.
Once you are ok with everything. Checkout and pay the invoice.
Once your invoice has been paid, your order will be entered into our deployment queue.
Your migration order may be delayed depending on the volume of order we are currently facing, your current hosting account size and the speed of your current hosting server. We usually can migrate and complete an order within a few hours during regular business hours*.
*Although we do try to push out your order as quick as possible. Please expect delays if your order is placed after hours. We are on Eastern time.
We will send you an email once your data is fully transferred to our server. To completely the migration, you will need to update the nameserver for your domain at your domain registrar's control panel.
The new account login information and the new nameservers information will be included with the New Account Information Email (Welcome Email). Please check your Spam folder if you don't hear back from us within a few hours of your order (during regular business hours).
