In order for us to properly migrate your data and ensure a smooth transition to our services, please ensure you have the following information
Your domain registrar login information: required for updating nameserver
Your cPanel* login information: required for us to obtained the data
*Please make sure your cPanel has the backup function enabled. If it is disabled, please ask your current host to provide you with a backup file of your current account and place it at the root of your account's folder.
**If your current host is not using cPanel, please contact us before placing an order.
Simply place an order for the hosting plan you wish to sign up for.
During the sign-up process, you will be asked whether you want to register a new domain, transfer from another registrar or use an existing domain. To use our hosting service, it is not required for you to transfer your domain to us. Therefore, you could simply choose the 3rd option (I will use my existing domain and update my nameservers) to continue with sign-up process. If you wish to transfer your domain to us at a later date, you may do so as well.
On the next page, you will be prompted to select any add-ons you may wish to include with your new hosting account. You can choose to select some or none. Under the 'Order Notes' field, please enter the cPanel login information from Step 1. Click on 'Continue' once you have filled in the cPanel login information and are ready to proceed.
The next page will require you to provide your billing information. Simply fill out the required fields. At the bottom of the page, you will find a text box labeled 'Notes / Additional Information.' Feel free to provide any extra details you think would be helpful for us, such as additional contact information to aid in the migration process.
Once you have reviewed and confirmed all the details, proceed to checkout and complete the payment for the invoice.
Once your invoice has been paid, your order will be placed in our deployment queue.
Please note that the migration process might be delayed depending on the current volume of orders, the size of your current hosting account, and the speed of your current hosting server. Typically, we aim to complete migrations within a few hours during regular business hours*.
*While we strive to expedite your order, please anticipate potential delays if your order is placed after business hours. Our operating hours are based on Eastern Time.
We will send you an email once your data has been fully transferred to our server. To complete the migration, you will need to update the nameservers for your domain in your domain registrar's control panel.
The login information for your new account and the new nameserver details will be included in the New Account Information Email (Activation Email). If you don't receive this email within a few hours of your order during regular business hours, please check your Spam folder.
If you are unsure how to update the nameservers, feel free to submit a ticket with your domain registrar's login information at our Client Panel. We will gladly assist you with this process.
