How many domain can I host on my account?
You can host 1 domain per account. You may host an additional mirrored domain (Parked domain) on top on your domain free of charge.

What happens to my new incoming email if your service goes down?

Our email service is fully supported by our backup email server. In the event of the primary email server going down, the backup email server will take over and accept any incoming emails during that time. Once the primary email server is back online, the emails stored on the backup email server will be forwarded back to the primary server for retrieval.

Can you migrate my data over?

We provide free cPanel to cPanel account migration. That means if your current host is using cPanel for their control panel then we can migrate it for you. Otherwise there would be a $30 non-refundable one time charge for migration. For further information, please check our Migration Checklist
