Upon ordering a VPS from us, you will be provided with the root login to your VPS server. Nobody other than you will have administrative access to the server.

Our Basic Server Management includes the proper configuration of standard protocol such as http, ftp, ssh, smtp.
We will also configure a proactive firewall to ensure your server is protected from brute force attacks.
We will install any software or script you require to run your website properly. Website Customization is not included.

*Basic Server Management only applies to server with cPanel, DirectAdmin or PCS control panel.

The server will be deployed in our Toronto datacenter.

What is a VPS server?
A VPS (Virtual Private Server) is a virtual server that emulates a full dedicated server. A VPS resides on a shared node alongside other VPS servers, with resources such as CPU, memory, and network bandwidth shared among them. A VPS is an ideal solution if you need full control of the server.

What can I install onto my server?

You can install any service/programs you wish onto the server. You have full control.

Is there any hosting control panel with the server?

Our VPS come bundled with our PCS (PrivateCloudSystem) hosting control panel software. If you prefer a bare OS install or a different control panel, you can customize your options during checkout.

Can I use the server for email marketing?

No, in order to keep our network clean from spam blocks. We do not allow email marketing on our network. Any attempts for email marketing will result in instant service termination.

Do you block any ports?

We do not. Everything is wide open!

Does the VPS service include backups?

Backup is not included with our VPS service. We highly recommend adding additional remote backup storage for the safekeep of your data.
